Zidane called upon Martin Odegaard, Marcos Llorente and Borja Mayoral from the Real Madrid Castilla squad in a session dominated by ball work. Sergio Ramos trained indoors.<br /> <br /> The session put on by Zidane, was carried out at high intensity with a warm up out on the field. This was followed by the outfield players going through three different circuits whilst the goalkeeper worked on keeper specific exercises. The first station on the circuit consisted of the players control and first touch passing. The second was a small sided game where the players had to score in small goals and in the third they played footvolley.<br />

Zidane's charges completed a tough workout which included both physical and ball work.  Marcos Llorente and Borja Mayoral. Both Bale and Ramos trained indoors.<br /> <br /> The session got underway in the gym, after which the players used the Run Rocket machine, carrying out strength exercises relevant to football. Next the ball took centre stage as the squad carried out various control, passing and possession drills. BBC, the most potent trident across the major leagues

<br /> Ronaldo, Benzema and Bale have netted 40 goals between them so far this term.<br /> <br /> The BBC once again displayed all of their attacking prowess against Deportivo, a game in which they scored five times, making them the most potent trident across the major European leagues. No other trio across Spain, England, Italy, France or Portugal have managed to notch the 40 strikes registered by the three forwards. Cristiano Ronaldo has 14 goals to his name, whilst Karim Benzema has 14 and Gareth Bale, 12.<br />  The BBC have found the back of the net 15 times in the Champions League, with 11 of the goals coming from Cristiano Ronaldo and four of them from Benzema.<br />

<br /> Bale joined up with the group and Sergio Ramos trained alone on the pitch for what was another maximum intensity session.<br /> <br /> The third training session of the week at Real Madrid city was defined by high-intensity ball work. The Whites continued preparations for Sunday's game (4pm CET) against Sporting. All of the squad was out on the pitch for a session where Bale joined the group and Sergio Ramos did running work by himself. The Castilla player Marcos Llorente also participated in training.<br /> <br /> Zidane's men began with gym work. Afterwards they headed to the pitch, and following a thorough warm up, they carried out possession drills as well as control and passing exercises. They then undertook a demanding sprint exercise and hit shots on goal. Lastly, they worked on attack-defence exercises in three teams. The Welshman is showing his immense quality in the Whites attack and his stats prove it: he has notched up eight goals in the last four games. Increased workload with two days to go before the Sporting game

<br /> Fitness and ball work were the focus of the penultimate session of the week.<br /> <br /> Real Madrid held the forth training session of the week as they continued to prepare for the league game against Sporting, this Sunday at the Santiago Bernabéu (4pm CET). Zidane planned a demanding session focused on fitness and ball work. Sergio Ramos trained inside the facilities.<br /> <br /> The session started with a half hour warm up out on the field where the players went through a series of circuits involving skipping and movements in and out of poles. This was followed up with the introduction of the ball and a demanding two against two where they players had to sprint before shooting on goal.
