elsea will play their final pre-season friendly before their tough opening Premier League game against West Ham as Antonio Conte takes his Blues side to Germany to face Werder Bremen this weekend.

The Italian has overseen a largely successful pre-season so far as Chelsea have secured victories over AC Milan, Liverpool, Atus Ferlach and RZ Pellets this summer.

Despite losses to Real Madrid and Rapid Vienna, Chelsea appear to be much more prepared for the new campaign than they were this time last year, and Conte will be hoping to see his team end their summer tour off with another win over Bremen.
